Destination Unknown is a future-focused training programme designed as a transformation journey and peer learning platform for SMEs in the tourism, restaurant and event sectors in Uusimaa.
The programme seeks development-oriented companies that are eager to explore the future of their business with curiosity, innovate and renew themselves. The training is carried out through co-creation workshops from December 2025 to spring 2026.
Why join? The world is changing — and successful companies change with it.
This training and peer-learning journey offers you the time and support to pause, rethink your business and develop new future revenue streams. The programme does not offer ready-made answers — instead, it helps you create them yourself.
In the Future Training Programme, you will:
• Dedicate time to inventing and developing entirely new revenue streams
• Strengthen your future thinking skills
• Explore your own and your company’s willingness and capacity for change
• Identify entrenched assumptions and challenge current practices
• Discover new connections and collaborative opportunities with other entrepreneurs
Programme content includes: Radical innovation, strategic service design, future marketing and sales, new technologies, sustainable product and service development, and change management.
